I can actually answer this. Do a three way call to an insurance broker with you and your aunt and get a non med policy (no physical exam required) with no "graded" period. Pay immediately. Like that day. Make sure you have your aunties policy number.

Be prepared to wait at least 30 days for the benefit because the insurance company will do an investigation to find out why your auntie died one day after the policy was in force.
