Yeah it's much faster if you are used to using keybindings. I use it on Mac and I can switch workspaces with Alt+number and then move windows in the same workspace with Shift-Alt and vim move keybindings or move a window to a different workspace with Shift+Alt workspace number

It’s not bad. There’s another window manager called Komorebi that is actually going to be released on Mac soon! I use it for Windows, and it’s really smooth, but he’s been working on porting it to Mac and has made a lot of progress on it! I recommend trying it when it’s released since it’s that good!
