Some of the issue could be they clearly see the unfairness of government and some simply aren’t interested in working for free for the first few months of the year.

We had to learn this, for them this is mostly a given, and clearly a mugs game. They’ve adapted to their environment and it’s not them that needs fixing, it’s a bigger issue, and I’d guess you, more than most, know this.

I don’t believe more schooling fixes that, even though swords are involved.
