It's amazing how the written word can, sometimes, evoke such a powerful, indescribable feeling within you, and be so simple at the same time. It's beautiful and wonderful, yet melancholic to me in a sense.

Also found out that the majority of our fire alarms don't work, and the south section of the hotel has something of a black mold problem, on top of our entry/lobby, and the nigger maintenance guy has stolen hundreds of dollars worth of equipment but he gets a pass because he's the only black one there! :weep:

I've been waiting almost two hours on a room to get out, I've been finished for an hour—but they won't let me roll the last room until it's exactly 2 o'clock :hell:
