Yeah, I agree about the deception - carried out by omission, omission of relevant historical, medical, and financial facts along with omission of both motives and conflicts of interest .
Moderna (and similar companies) were around long before Covid-19 and all their attempts to prove effectiveness of RNA vaccines failed until they “worked” against Covid.
There is clearly a decline in the numbers of curious, intelligent, and critically-thinking people choosing to be journalist and a rise in the numbers of parrots and sheep.

Don’t know who the speaker is, but none of the history he describes was secret or hidden - just not of interest to the mainstream median.
DARPA is not secret and it’s requests for proposals are not either, nor is the origin and use of Emergency Use Authorization. DARPA doesn’t invent on its own; it pays creative teams to invent.
The collaboration between DoD and FDA is also public and goes back at least to 9/11 and the anthrax attacks, but government programs and funding for vaccines and bioweapon countermeasures go back much further. Government (U.S. , European, Asian) goes back at least to the early 1900s.
