I suppose if stonework absolutely must make an eerie ghostly face peer out at you from the dark, then a church crypt from the year 1060 is the right place to do it https://files.mastodon.green/media_attachments/files/117/024/873/753/295/884/original/bacb58b93a61e563.jpeg https://files.mastodon.green...

Amazing! Great photos. i was extra-puzzled at first because I thought: that doesn't look remotely like Ireland. I didn't know there was a place called Innisfáil in Australia, so that was pleasing to learn too.

For added dystopianness: despite all the empty space, the robot kept making a beeline for the benches where people were, crashing into them, getting stuck under them. That forced people to jump out of the way, then do a dance to make its sensors redirect it. A ridiculous and unsettling situation.

Inside the museum of ethnography, you ascend a Stairway of Origin. On it, you meet 3.2m-year-old Lucy and 6 other reconstructed figures from the human species we’re descended from. You continue on a Stairway of Evolution that leads to the film exhibition ‘Human’. It explores where humans come from and where we are heading.

Outside the museum of ethnography, you meet Robot No. 3 relentlessly cutting the dead brown grass in scorching heat while humans huddle in the shade.

'The climate was heated by the few"

True! The 10% of humans privileged to over-consume & fly have the responsibility to act. A mass boycott of holiday flights would reduce fuel use and corporate profits (airports are shopping malls). And give politicians a message.

When the 10% implies we can't do anything until each billionaire has given up their jet, I hear: 'I'll give you my city-break flights when you pry them from my cold, dead hands on a warm, dead planet'.
