6) America maintaining dominance and enforcing the Trump Doctrine of mutually assured peace, mutually assured freedom, and mutually assured prosperity
7) Many world governments, with competition between governments (Golden Age available to all if they just embrace items 1 through 4 above)

Net result, world peace and no poverty.
