If your daily diet included fresh eggs for breakfast, candy snacks, soda as a beverage - and you were concerned enough about your "high" cholesterol level that you were willing to change your diet, would you:

You should be concerned about the soda for non-cholesterol reasons. Of all the higher cholesterol foods, eggs have actually been studied a lot in isolation and seem to have no meaningful effect on cholesterol.

I am have a hard time managing my mental health while having the portal of Nostr in these times. I see too much of the future. Having a lot of trouble focusing on anything beyond what is immediately in front of me or worrying about what is unfolding in the world.
