Obscura is smaller so less likely to be blocked by vpn-blocking sites

I use both for that reason

Ask the questions!
- how much did they cost
- who has access to the data
- who proposed them
- what does "success" for their deployment look like - and for whom?

Mullvad good and long term privacy advocates with recently ack’d no-logs by LE; can pay with btc and more end points than Obscura. Wider platform support
