Secondo me l'azione la fa l'acqua (che "tramuta" in caffè passando dal filtro), e poi sale su.

Ma userò questo argomento per fare perdere tempo ai miei giocatori ed ai loro personaggi nell prossime sessioni di gdr che mastererò.

@nprofile1q... @nprofile1q... guarda, anche io piemontese, ed infatti non prenderei mai la cuoci riso in considerazione per un risotto. Ma per fare il riso stile asiatico (dall'india al giappone) è una favola, così come per cucinare altre cose, tipo legumi, o verdure al vapore.
