Smart Orient — We ported OrcaSlicer's auto-orient algorithm to run directly in your browser. One click analyzes your STL mesh across dozens of candidate orientations and rotates it for optimal printing — less supports, better bed adhesion, cleaner prints. Zero server round-trips.

Weight-based shipping — Providers can now set granular shipping rates with 6 brackets: domestic and international, each split into up to 1kg, 1-2kg, and above 2kg. Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on model weight and customer location. If you're ordering from a provider in another country, checkout now detects this and suggests local providers near you.

3D Viewer polish — Toggle switches for wireframe and auto-rotate, subtle Pod21 branding on the build plate, and cleaner grid styling. It looks fucking awesome! 😃

Big UI overhaul today. The homepage now has a full 3D model viewer - upload your STL/3MF and preview it right in the browser before slicing. Three.js doing the heavy lifting.

Spent way too long fighting CSS to make cards behave when the sidebar collapses. Neobrutalism looks cool until you're debugging `position: fixed` for the 47th time.

Also finally pushed everything to GitHub from the server. Had to generate new tokens, deal with git conflicts, force push the nostr bot repo. The usual git adventures.

Shipped a bunch of fixes today:

Mobile Login
- Redesigned the DM login flow - all fields visible on one card now
- Fixed issues where the secret word input wouldn't enable on mobile
- Added request timeouts so you don't get stuck on flaky connections

Provider Dashboard
- Tracking number is now required before marking orders as shipped
- Fixed a bug where the Approve button showed for already-approved providers

Admin Fixes
- Same tracking validation on admin side
- Fixed some database enum case mismatches that caused 500 errors

Nostr Bot
- Added force_protocol option for DMs - useful when a client only supports NIP-04
