The problem I have with that is the "as long as it's not AI slop" - who establishes that? What if someone decides that my small projects ARE Ai slop and I have to start justifying myself to some AI hater? i don't want to run that risk, sorry

It's highly unlikely...
the population is on their side and they are picking the leadership off one by one (reports keep coming out of Khameini being hit, although not yet verified). There's nothing to be gained in nuking. Even Russia hasn't nuked Ukr despite their economy going down the drain
If there's a reason to panic it would be distuptions to shipping due to the Persian Gulf being mined. But nukes? Not realistic IMHO
EDIT in any case it would be limited to Iran, we wouldn't be dying in a nuclear holocaust whatever happens there
