I saw a bit of trouble where a contractor squished one of the PV wires against the mounting frame enlivening the entire frame and roof at several hundred volts DC !@#

The carpenters and painters were more than a little grumpy.

While it's not exactly the same problem, it is very similar in that the frame and roof were not earthed as any fool would have thought they should be, and like the toaster problem that enlivened things.

DC is a helluva lot more dangerous to life than AC.
