What this means is anyone who doesn’t follow their centralized, authoritarian, pro-state ideology. #Trump #Hegseth #CivilWar.
To me it is a mechanism for cooperation, coordination, and unified action among autonomous, self-governing municipalities, designed to replace the central nation-state, but still be united via a confederation of municipalities in case an attack on a region were to occur, most municipalities would defend the region.
