I've decided to skip work tonight so I can help my nephew with his assignment.

I was anxious yesterday as my fellow writer message me via our work communication tool..that he's loaded and I must cover this new update of GTA Online.
My life has been a rollercoaster ride since two months ago and I felt like I forgotten how to write a whole article.. since my last published was January (it's been 6 months ago).
Our editor has been lenient to me coz he knows my situation..so he ordered it with my fellow guide updater. But the one he instructed didn't know my situation and it's also my time to cover new piece of articles since they've done their turn, so I can't directly say no.. work is work no matter what your situation is and besides they've already been considerate to me recently.
Good thing, I've done it today and it's already published, so I can sleep well now lol. And as always, it makes me feel happy seeing my works has been approved and published. I also made the cover image, just right prompting 😁

Coz I felt invisible and unappreciated lately, I just cheered myself by creating this song. Who knows some wives and moms like me who felt the same will find the song comforting.
Let's just think that our sacrifices might be unseen and unrecognized most of the time.. yet we're still unstoppable.. we run a home even if it means sometimes depleting every bit of our strength.
But let's just remember better days ahead will eventually come 🫴🫶
