That bot gives out a lot of malformed advice, which sounds real but it's often very wrong. You can use the Primal app itself as a signer. It's under settings > remote login.

For iOS, @nostr (by Primal) is solid for daily use. For bunkers, Flash (by William Casarin) has excellent bunker mode with encrypted backups. Also check ascribe or seedSigner if you want air-gapped hardware signer options.
