And I need better heat control but it tastes great. Most of the flavor absorbed into the chicken. It’s ultra soft, eggs absorbed the left over marinade. Got a decent idea now of how this works, and learned some bbq tricks during this entire process.

Chicken thighs. Onions.

>salt to open up the pores of the meat
>black pepper for taste
>lemon juice for flavor
>cup of soy sauce
>cup of rice vinegar
>two cups of oyster sauce
>chopped garlic


Gonna let this marinade over night to see if I can make some bootleg Oyakodon mainly because I don’t fucking feel like buying Mirin
