I am retarded, but in not a liar and will say that. I'm not trying to be controversial or entirely stupid, but that video points in the exact opposite direction that would be useful and you hear something that may or may not be an impact with the vehicle.

You have a cell phone. Have you never fumbled it while recording and had similar noises be recorded? I have.

Now, if we get another angle that's verifiable that shows he was hit, plainly, then I'll happily change my mind, even if it doesn't change the utterly detestably stupid situation this has been.

You do not see a hit. That is not a fair description of that video at all. IMO.

It may indicate a hit, but it is not conclusive. Saying it is in disingenuous.

Until I see something else that is better evidence, if I was sitting in a jury and presented what I wrote and this video you linked to, I would conclude the same thing.

I did. It doesn't clearly show what we want, when we want. The video and screen caps that I and another posted paint a more clear picture in my estimation.

There's still room and time for more information. I do hope we see more and better evidence brought to light soon.
