AMD radeon APU graphics have come a long way - so a minimal case around a mini-itx board with a brick power supply might do well.

I've also found that the built in radeon graphics does better with lots of ram on the mainboard than a dedicated gpu does, as the system ram is shared between gfx and cpu much better. this is on my 5600gt with and integrated gfx and 64GB of RAM (32 is fine probably - but browser tabs...) with or without a discreet radeon 6600
