It also bothers me a bit in that its making many small businesses all look similar now, but i suspect (hope?) that will change soon as models get even better

#day10 surf "Nickels and dimes" 20 mins. 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups every min for 20mins. 3x 10 leg extensions 3 x 10 leg press. Heavy kb swings, kb goblet squats. Sauna/cold 1 round.
