Just learned from housekeepers that a yearbook for high school costs $200! That's absurd and out of reach for too many kids. Do they really cost that much to produce????? [We will of course cover the costs for the two kids who are graduating next year, but really - that's absurd for a yearbook, surely????]

FINALLY getting close to going from a two car home to a one car home. Hubby's car has just been a garage ornament for the past five years, since he retired - because we have our home maker spaces and are introverts. Our neighbour is likely going to buy it for his son's first car. Which makes it very easy for us. AND they told us if we ever need to borrow a second car, just holler. :) I'm still having all the psychological feels about it though.

@nprofile1q... Ooof. This reminds me of the time my former neighbour (Catholic) once told me, I was a Christian and just didn't know it, because of all my volunteer work, etc. Wouldn't have occurred to her Muslim, or Buddhist or Hindu. BTW, I'm atheist. :)

She also appreciated my advice and told me her priest had advised her the same. I used to slide down in my chair, eyes glazed, and chomp down hard on my tongue, but OOF. She just couldn't fathom that Christian religion wasn't unique.
