The ironic part is, the last time I saw home, he had a shirt on that said something along the lines of "fighting tyrants since 0". It has a picture of Jesus. I asked him if he was a believer and he has no idea what I was talking about. I asked him about his shirt and he said he didn't know what it was about, he just saw it at a freedom fest and thought it was cool. Then the guy beside us opened up and share some of his testimony in tears. We all started tearing up. I had no idea he had cancer.

Well I wonder about it when it comes to things like watering restrictions or government controls on resources. I do believe that God's law is above man's law. If we have dominion granted by God, I believe that would supersede man's laws. Using discernment of course.

So true. God wants us to know and love Him and gave us the full choice to deny this purpose. Love cannot be forced, lest it's more akin to Stockholm syndrome. He gives us this choice so we can truly love Him, with our whole soul and will. You can't MAKE someone love you, that's never love.
