Holy shit so i was doing some research on processed foods for the last 2 hours and i found out that the largest shareholders of beyond meat as well as other vegan meat alternatives are really heavily invested in the healthcare industry and these heavily processed fake meats have lots of potentially harmful ingredients in them so what if they invest in fake meats to get more people to eat them so then more people get heart disease and thus need healthcare which they also make money from then they can get the healthcare companies to promote these fake meats as being “healthy” even if they aren’t
