Anyone here who moved from #ios to #eos for their main phone? Tips, tricks, do's and don'ts?

Not using any other kind of eOS, but the most important part to me, is not using their apps, like, gmail, maps, calendar, chats, etc.
I could achieve a fair enough privacy-ish setup with current Android but installing stuff from f-droid front store, to de-bload some apps, also using a phone not main stream helps, since they offer very vanilla Android.
