"Based on your data — sustaining 60 minutes of 2-minute high-intensity step-up intervals that repeatedly push your heart rate to 165 bpm (≈94 % of max) and producing a cardio load of 106 — your cardiovascular performance is well above average. For a 45-year-old male, that puts you roughly in the 90th percentile for aerobic capacity. Factoring in your weight (285 lbs at 6'5"), which greatly increases the workload your body moves each step, your endurance and conditioning place you in about the top 5 % for your age and body weight. In short, you’re performing at an elite level of cardiovascular fitness for your demographic."

At my massive size I'm burning 800-1000 calories per day with workouts conservatively. I've been so fat my whole life that to hear "elite level athlete" sounds so silly to me. My top weight was 466 lbs.

According to the apple watch I'm now training at an "elite athlete" level for my weight. In the 95th percentile. I'm considered obese by my height and weight but I train (boxing/kickboxing) at an intense level every single day, I've lost about 30 lbs in the last month and a half. Three months ago I was using a walker to get from the bed to the bathroom. A year ago I had to have a procedure called a venogram due to venous insufficiency. I can carry my 50 lb son three miles. When I see the doctor on Oct 10th he's going to freak out. My BP was hypertensive last time (145/105). Now it is 107/60 with a resting BPM of between 45 and 50.
