It absolutely cannot be banned. 😂 You can also have multiple wallets none of which are linked directly to you unless you yourself do so through affiliation with something requiring KYC.

That said, privacy isn’t the point - honesty is. See: the Byzantine generals problem. It was never about privacy, it’s about being trustless, transparent, and finite money.
