The Anti-BIP110ers definitely had stronger memetic warfare.
Good luck becoming one of millions of shitcoins. Or you could just accept that spam is not the disaster you made it out to be and therefore your fork had no consensus.

Agreed on spam not being that big of a disaster as many BIP 110ers think it is. I mostly think:
- large OP returns are dumb and shouldn't be consensus valid
- OP_IF in Tapscript is dumb and should be removed as part of basic protocol maintenance
Imo the Bitcoin protocol would have been stronger with the BIP 110 changes included .. and it would have shown that we are capable of fixing unforeseen & undesired implications of previous soft forks.
Of course I'm irrelevant to Bitcoin's future (even though I have much more Corn than you do). Future purchases will be Bitcoin (not Bitcoin Dash). But I'll keep the Bitcoin Dash because I think there is the slim possibility that it might eventually become the supreme king of magic internet money after all (see initial post).

POW change might be the only hard fork that can increase Bitcoin’s 21 mio hard cap credibility. And the calls for lifting it will only become stronger.

My 300k Sats tripwire funds, on the ColdCard Q firmware version 1.3. with the possibly low entropy default seed, have not been drained so far.
Unlikely, someone would have noticed when they imported their seed + passphrase into a hardware wallet from another manufacturer, right? If a different private key was calculated on for example a trez...
Right! Someone must have done that before and they would have noticed the fingerprint mismatch or at least the lack of their generational wealth.
Has someone asked their AI, if the Coldcard firmware actually uses the additional passphrase properly for generating the updated "passphrase-seed"?
