@nprofile1q... Oh, well it says pretty much nothing. Some self-congratulatory stuff about work on school buildings repeated 3 times & some hopeful platitudes about inclusion. Some money figures but I didn't manage to work out what the totals were for each aspect of spending. Mark: 3/10

@nprofile1q... haha overloading? By my experience in UK passengers just pile in until there is absolutely zero physical space left. I make sure to take a robust bag that I can sit on in the space between carraiages. It's common for pass not to be able to get to toilets & train managers unable to walk down train. But of course I've never seen them allow the pleb into 1st class, regardless.
