I'm a C#/.NET developer living on Ubuntu Linux.
I don't use Windows and certainly no Apple products. I build and deploy solutions for and on MCU's, SoC's, Desktops, Servers, Mobiles, etc....

For my job I spend nearly all my time inside VSCode, Godot, Blender, KdeNLive, etc...

It mostly involves public transportation solutions

I like #synthwave colors

I am not a game developer
And I am a dad of 4 and they will all be raised using Linux

Maybe I am too naive, I don't know but it seems to me that criminals get put in jail, get shelter, get food and a chance to work while honest homeless people are left to their own devices....

why would anyone in their right mind uses pirated software. Pirated software is software which has been modified by a 3rd party and you have no idea what modifications they made. You're basically allowing that 3rd party to run whatever code they want on your device, now it's no longer your device. This is why open source is so important, not because it's "free" but because you can review and evaluate the code.

Ever since #ubuntu forced #wayland down my throat, I've been unable to open any dialog in #blender. #nvidia

And this version of #ubuntu does not allow switching back to #x11 so I'm basically fucked. (Since I need blender to do my job)
