Definitely solid ui. Would you just plug into existing profile lists for this? Or create custom ones?
This is just as true with user accounts as it is with wallets. Most users don’t want to trust themselves to keep and secure their own keys. That’s ok.

Hot take: users should have multiple pubkeys that are associated with their profile and they can post from. If one gets rugged, no big deal, just drop it from your kind-[idk yet] and add in a fresh one. Follow lists should be periodically resynced and individual relationships should be individual events.

I also thought it was weird when he was talking about how 20 “crypto” founders he knew got debanked. Joe is like what “did they do”. Marc’s like “they had to find something else to work on...
Also he acted like the only reason for the 2022 crash was that these ethereum founders got debanked and had to stop working on their projects…. No bubble at all

How are you handling capitalization on the keys/labels?

They want that to be the name of their protocol scheme. Like http:// and they are trying to register that at the IETF who manages these things.
Ok go it. So they’re looking for at://user.bsky.com to go directly to that users profile
