im very curious why u’re moving to spain (if ur fine explaining, no problem if not)

for me, i was thinking to move to a place with a lower cost of living once i achieve F.I.R.E. and spain was on that list. dunno where i would end up tho tbh. achieving F.I.R.E. seems so far away

Decided to try out Android GSI's today. Pretty impressed 🙂

TrebleDroid (https://github.com/TrebleDroid/treble_experimentations) seems to be the most popular (at least according to Github ⭐️)

Google's GSI don't work (which I would've preferred. Other roms have unknown trustworthiness)

not saying that’ll ill be able to solve all these problems :P but hopefully can generate interest elsewhere if its neatly documented somewhere

there is a "freedom ladder" depending on ur risk tolerance, listed from most to least restrictive

- Apple/Android
- GrapheneOS & Fairphone: reuse Android internals but offer privacy/ethical distribution
- Volla/Jolla: alternative os's (tbh dont know too much about this)
- Ubuntu Touch: combines android internals with linux userspace
- pmOS/mobian/pocket blue/danctnix/etc: variable but growing support
