And that the Chinese model is great to help people out of poverty, praising the belt and road initiative.

Some people are losing the plot. They should learn history.

Funny, that was our idea for a group project at the buisness school. More than 15 years ago.

We had a guy from Motorola visit, and had to imagine what the future of telephones would be.

We came up with that. And that the screen/keyboard would be projected from the phone 😅

I identified a reproducible bug in Open WebUI.

Thinking for once I could help, I went to GitHub and tried to submit an issue.

OMFG, what a huge mess. The form is so thorough... I gave up.

I understand there must be reasons why there are so many fields and checkboxes. But the hurdle is way too high for me.

It's not a big bug:
When you disable a model from an external provider like ppq.ai and refresh the page, the model disappears. It's not marked as disabled. It's just not there on the list, and you can't fetch the list from the endpoint.

You need to reset the database and restart the container.

Hopefully, someone else will report it. And it will get fixed.

Too much power in those hands. It's not new, but still a good reminder to de-Google. And de-Spotify... I just used this platform because it provided fresh songs I liked on a weekly basis.
