Sometimes I make it pretty much the way you recommend. Except I didn't use honey. But I'll try it with honey to see how it turns out.
But today I just made hot cocoa. I usually drink it plain, without sugar (bitter).
Here (in Venezuela) they sell cocoa in bars, which I buy often.
