You should not accelerate. My point is that police officers/DHS are trained to approach from the side. Placing oneself in front of the vehicle escalates the situation and puts the officer in danger. In my opinion, from video and audio I've seen, he intentionally put himself in a more vulnerable position to justify his actions. He did not appear to be in immediate danger.

He was positioning himself because they were going to detain her. The point is she accelerated in his direction. It doesn't matter if he did it for your completely unfounded bias presupposition or not. The response was justified.
