Majority of node runners rejected BIP 110..Those who run the code decide on the end.

The problem is We dont really know. We have no way of verifying percentages of real nodes on either sides. If BIP -110 was nothing burger why there was so much push back- even michael saylor was writings comments about being against bip-110. And we already know he doesnt think that bitcoin could be...
