Yes, I took it for a while. I definitely felt it had some positive benefits for me, particularly improvements in my energy levels. It wasn’t the sudden boost you get from coffee or other supplements...
I have an Indian colleague that mentioned/recommended it to me, but after some research I decided against it mostly because finding a good quality product was not easy and most critics of it mentioned that his as the main concern
