The people in the EU haven't gotten angry enough to throw off the shackles of their political elites. Overregulation, feminization of the bureaucracy & institutions, ideological brainwashing & censorship/control of media has indeed 'cucked' a big enough portion of the population that the elites continue to stay in power.
