Namecoin is practically a ghost town now, so I'd rather see NIP-05 resolution get sorted out on something people actually still register domains through.

Conjoining does seem like a practical privacy middle ground, though I wonder how the transaction fees stack up against just using Monero directly for those few high-value moves.
