parking is straight forward, just don't pay. in my town it costs about $2/hr to park, but the fine is $10. so if you work in town you can pay $16-18 each day, or just $10. as for menu apps, i just tell them to fuck right off. and dont ignore feedback, tell them a load of bollocks. once they reali...

Parking should always have an in-cash option, or at least a credit card. I don't think a municipal agency can legally require you to "download an app."
