It's actually really simple, It's because the person didn't earn that money in the first place. They used their position to steal it from others.

Phrased slightly differently, There are two forms of wealth redistribution. The first is when people in positions of power use their position to steal the wealth of others. The second is when the people that have had their money stolen pressure the government to redistribute that stolen wealth back to them. Both forms must end.
