This is to push price up all the poorer people from creating and push them into renting and data retention for spying. Giving monopolies to the cartels. Folk need to design and create an open source as far as possible graphics card. That gives folk access.

Large-scale harm persists because enough individuals, at enough decision points, choose personal gain, institutional loyalty, or career safety over the lives and rights of others. The collective is nothing more than the accumulation of those choices.
