It all depends about what we mean by "traditionally published".

What I want, as an author, is that people could buy a physical copy of the book, hopefully without Amazon.

What my publisher is looking for are other publishers with whom they could "exchange" title. Like the publisher publish Bikepunk in English, while me translate in French one of their SF novel.

So we favor independent but experimented publishers

My publisher is looking for publishers in many languages. Also, the fact that the book is under Creative Commons By-SA might be interesting to some.
