Indeed. Wish I knew this when I was younger. Spent too much time ruminating on disappointments rather than picking up and dusting myself off. For me, my faith in God has also made a big difference in this regard.

Time change is yet another way politicians try to play God. Quite silly and likely a cause of poorer health outcomes across the country as people have to unnecessarily change their sleep patterns. Peak fiat.
