Some good news: in my city many people feel this way, youngsters are organizing events at coffee shops /other to organize, they go clean water sources, record living plants/ animals living around areas to protect, they offer community, they create solutions while maybe small they are doing an incredible job.
More experienced adults join and guide them with what they need and everyone is welcome to join.

They share key knowlege too.

Having a particularly hard time today with the simultaneous death of the climate, software development and the rule of law. And especially cheesed off with the people riding these waves for profit.

When I was in primary school, they would bring students grandparents to talk about their lives and how they did things back in the day, it was really cool actually.

One said he asked his dad how he felt about the Hiroshima nuclear bomb, he found out about the incident 3 years later, when everything was already done and past, only the aftermath.

That's how slow #news traveled back then for a country person.
Thinking about how everything is immediate now and how it affects mental health.

@nprofile1q... I've found this to be true not only for peanut butter but for most food related things, it's super cheap and easy to make almond milk, tofu... and so on.

I had to stop and ask: why?

I remembered this money mindset advice "time is money" if you can pay someone to do it for you (because you can make more money at work) use that time to make money.

But what happens when food becomes too expensive? The convinience all this big brands sold is gone, they are more like drugs now anyways.
