It was his first time downloading. He created his first account, told me his primal lightning address, I zapped him and it didn't show up in his account. I tried to zap his profile but it said no lightning address set. You told us to copy his lightning address into his profile and save. Then I was able to zap his profile but those sats also didn't show up in his account/wallet.

Can you see what's going on with his account?

Does he need to back up his wallet before receiving sats?

Where are the sats?

I don’t see the lightning address attached to the profile anymore. Go to wallet, press receive and copy that randomly generated lightning address. Then go to profile, edit profile, and put the ad...

He put his address in his profile and I zapped his profile successfully but his wallet still did not receive it. What's going on here? I finally onboard my good friend and its turning into a headache. primal wallet is just supposed to work, right? @primal
