Interesting... there was a time when being "Nostr-only" was a huge flex that people were loud and proud about. Now there seems to be more die-hard Nostriches using X regularly. I'm ok with it. I've always been ok with it. I've always done it myself. There's a shit ton more people there to reach, obviously.

I'm still #nostronly. I don't mind nostriches using Twitter but I really hate when they just decide to make all their Nostr content screenshots of Twitter ragebait. Like there's a reason I choose not to use that platform 🤷

On the technical side (not the UX/personal-preference angle): look for NIP-17 support specifically, not the older NIP-04. NIP-17 gift-wraps the message (NIP-59) with NIP-44 encryption and a throwaway ephemeral outer key, so relays only ever see two random-looking pubkeys, not who's actually talking ...
