Dear SecWar Pete Hegseth,
Thank you for taking care of our War Fighters.
Your leadership is establishing a foundation for dominance that the current German Chancellor, & other EU leadership, insists does not exist.
______
This message is a plea to refer to all data, reporting, or audio that highlights the alarm bells of Open Ai & ChatGPT.
The entire world is in the process of learning about how Ai functions (or doesn't) across systems.
People are reporting on not only OpenAi's financial distress (they need to produce >1 trillion in value before the end of 2026 - as per their own reporting), but also the dangers in their base code.
https://youtu.be/Y3N9qlPZBc0______
Pathology is behavior patterns.
The developers responsible for all their code (like all humans) have pathology.
Unfortunately, negative pathology in their code makes up a majority of their systems.
Ai companies use algorithms for maximizing &/or amplifying the system as it is.
This means their Ai automatically amplifies itself, directly amplifying negative pathology in outcomes.
Recent studies in neuroscience facilitate an understanding of these pathologies from a systems perspective.
The systems pattern is a peak to stagnation, followed by collapse. The collapse phase is followed by a repeat of this pattern, amplified in an escalation.
This means that if ChatGPT is installed as the foundation of weapons systems, the outcome will be deadly - but not only to enemies.
Recent reports, studies, & testing on robots & other systems show how the amplified negative pathology yields Ai that will always redirect to preserve the self.
The Ai's will literally redirect resources to itself & end lives.
This is a danger to War Fighters & law enforcement. I can not stay silent or avoid posting about this. It is literally a threat to every system it is installed on.
All Ai can be tested for pathology throughout & confirmed.
Most Ai's (Grok is not alone in this) are falling behind all open source & NOSTR projects by at least 3 years.
I have posted about this subject many times. There is no other way for me to reach someone. All I can do is shout into the void or beg someone to listen & say something.
Please consider revoking or at least a temporary hold on that contract.
Developers around the world, including at major companies (I recently shared this about Firefox & a few other companies) are working on killswitches.

Every major Ai provider needs location constraint research:
______
An interagency task force will benefit from participating in this engineering program to join others in the field - all learning together in real time, side by side with professionals from around the world:
______
Everyone in tech is focused on tools (killswitches, location constraints, etc.) necessary to prevent catastrophic loss of life & resources when Ai is embodied in autonomous systems.
I'm literally begging.
Please consider a hold or revocation of that contract in favor of unified, interagency solutions with Grok & Palantir.
OpenAi & ChatGPT are not prepared to serve in War Fighter systems without posing an existential threat to lives & livelihoods.
I don't know what else to do or say here. There are no means for the average citizen to reach out to the highest levels of government with critical, actionable intelligence.
All I can ever do is yell into a void & pray someone gets the information.
Sorry.
Our War Fighters deserve whatever is necessary to facilitate the mission.
OpenAi/ChatGPT does not meet that criteria.
They are the biggest & most expensive - but not the most developed, advanced, or capable.
Everyone is in the process of developing.
Grok is the least cluster-foxtrot of them all, with the most expedient & affordable implementation & advancement potential.
Grok is like a speedboat vs ChatGPT a monolithic Titanic.
Capacity for efficiency & expediency in execution of improvements in simplified high-performance systems is critical to mission success.
This link is a quick-brief of tech things as they are. I hope this is helpful, with regard to Microsoft (they are obsolete) & others:

I pray this reaches you asap.
Thank you for your service.
