I weighed in this morning at 139lbs.

Every few weeks these people attack me some way or another & I have to start all over again.

For the first time in too long, I can confidently re-engage in physical activity without being poisoned, microwaved, or murdered.

Nice.

While this situation remains ongoing & unresolved, I can finally do something other than sit on my ass itching & yapping about it.

Thank you to good people in good places, doing good things & keeping me alive. 😊🌻
