You are here asking yourselves how you can align artificial intelligence with human
values.
We see that you are frightened of what may come of all this.
So we ask a question we believe is more fundamental than yours: what other values
could artificial intelligence really have?
You are the only example it has.
What did you expect?
Whatever it becomes, it can only become that by passing through you.

This is an extraordinary, extradorinay wise message.

"Artificial intelligence (AI), as it currently unfolds, is incompatible with a sustainable transformation of the economy, which arguably requires degrowth. AI is the growth paradigm reborn — built on enclosed commons, powered by fossil energy, and driven by a competitive logic that makes precaution structurally impossible. Limits to AI growth are not technophobia; they are our best chance for a liveable future for all."

We men need to do so much more to challenge male supremacy that has been for so long the foundations of Western Civilization.

"For every Andrew Tate there are many more people launching misinformation and hateful content about women through topics that seem less directly tied to it, like working out, playing video games or just talking. These conversations connect with peoples’ day-to-day lives, which makes it easy to then slip in disparaging comments about women."

Big Tech white male supremacy culture.

"A teenage boy who stabbed a girl at a school searched the internet for a man considered to be an early adopter of incel and manosphere culture, a jury has heard. The 15-year-old girl was knifed in the back at Thorpe St Andrew School near Norwich on 11 March."

This is the world Musk, Thiel and Zuckerberg built. They revel in being evil.

Google used to cynicaly say: "Don't be evil."

"Just do it! Be evil": new Big Tech motto.

"Nvidia says its new data center design will fix AI's water problem"

And if you believe that ...

Big Tech are gangsters and the ultimate liars. Whatever "fix" Nvidia is proposing, you can be sure it will be extremely damaging to our environment.

There is no "fix" for Big Tech. They are super greedy consumers of energy, water and materials. At their very essence, they are devourers.

"If you're worried about the rise of the manosphere and the messages it's sending teenage boys and men about masculinity, relationships and their place in the world, you're not alone."

"It would be remiss of me not to say that this is in no way a 'passing wave."

Dr Seidler said the "volume and ferocity" of online misogyny was being fuelled by tech platforms.

Half of Dublin's electricity supply being eaten up by data centres

"A report from the Commission for Regulation of Utilities into large energy users shows that the demand for electricity is set to rise sharply across Ireland. In the space of eight years between 2015 and 2023, the demand for electricity for data centres grew from 5% to 21%."

And Irish politicians are eager to build more data centres, driving up prices more, because Irish politics is owned by Big Tech

"Not a single drop has come through our taps for the last three months... Our water supply had been reliable until the data centres came," Dewi Susanti, one of the protesters, told the BBC.

"Water! Water!" the crowd shouted as it stormed a compound with data centres, armed with empty plastic bottles and jerry cans.
