@Paul Saladino MD went to Costa Rica looking for the same things we’re all looking for: plenty of sunshine, real food, clean water, and a life away from the city.
We ended up 6,000 km farther south. Here’s why.
The meat. If you’re animal-based, Argentina is the place to be. Here, cows eat grass because that’s what’s naturally available.
The water. The Sierras are fed by natural springs, with fresh water flowing down from the mountains.
Dry mountain air. 300 days of sunshine a year. You sleep better, train better, and it naturally keeps you active outdoors. Bike rides, running, hiking through the Sierras.
The time zone. UTC-3: calls with New York in the morning and Europe early in the day.
We’re
@ROMAR and
@Micael . We live here year-round. We have eight rooms, a maximum of twelve people, and an application process to make sure the house stays a home.
Stay with us for as long as you want — a week, a month, or longer!
