Really surprised how much I miss the alcohol on my antibiotic journey. But I think it's just that my mind likes to have something to sip or something similar to occupy my mouth (I know what I said). Like if there was some interesting drink one could sip in the evenings I wouldn't really turn my head twice for beer or wine. But in the middle of a hot day, working in the garden, the beer just quenches better than anything else. During pub talk? Alcohol-free beer just makes me run to the loo thrice as often, and fizzy drinks are just too sweet. Kombucha? Haven't made a fresh batch in a long time, but it's still not good consumed in bigger amounts and can get quite acidic. Maybe smoking or vaping would help, but I don't want to pick up a new vice. Since, you know, I already have one with the alcohol.

Am I the only one getting nostalgic feels when uncovering some little thing, like someone naming a song Five Minutes of Autumn, created many years ago, heard by a handful only since? Simpler times man, simpler times.
