Not wanting to scare it away, but it has been the fifth day of doing #5pushups, maybe this time it will hold up longer and I get to the mythical numbers where one starts to feel better just from exercising. Would certainly be nice.

Made the first run for the guerrilla park yesterday, initiated by our youngest. Just a handful of acorns and chestnuts, a gardening shovel and a water bottle. Discovered a few oak seedlings already there among the high grass. #GuerillaPark

Tried to get at least a small dose of dopamine for my wrinkly matter (as an exception to the rule, not talking about balls this time) and wrote everything I started this morning at work into a list, so I can strike it out as I go. Just leaving for an early lunch and there are 18 items on my list. A third crossed already. (I write down even distractions like nostr and checking that new medical study about night owls) What do you mean I have ADHD? Yo mama has ADHD!

Ok, time to dust off recovery protocols and try to convince clients that given the ease of automation, it's not if but when they get their first cyber attack. Despite their usually smaller size, the economics of targeting them in some broad yet tailored campaign stopped being a good defence. Safety among many is no longer a viable option out there. Looking forward to many accusations of how we try to wring every last cent out of them. Sigh. Road to hell and all that.
