Good night, NOSTR Friend! I hope your day was good. I learned a little about the effects of not eating enough , and choosing the wrong foods.
I started off by eating fruit (sugar high), and eating soup for lunch (another sugar high, feeling like I was really dragging. Then, about 3:00, I had a mid-afternoon snack (peanut butter) and that made me feel better, and held me until supper. Stupid mistake, really.
Now it is evening, and time to start thinking about bed.
I hope you have good sleep, and you wake up refreshed tomorrow morning.
